The Swiss men are getting ready for going back on snow from 24th July by training hard in high altitude at St. Moritz. The men's World Cup training group with Beat Feuz, Carlo Janka, Dani Albrecht, Marc Berthod and Sandro Viletta are working on explosiveness and strength with conditioning coach Peter Melissnig and physio Michel Burgener. A day of active recovery saw an outing on a sailing boat on Lake St. Moritz.
The team is getting back on snow at the end of July. "Based on his current training, nothing should prevent Beat Feuz from returning back on skis", says head coach Osi Inglin, who is hoping to become a regular guest in St Moritz and the noble Hotel Kempinski during the summer training period.
