The F1 in Monaco seems to have been the place to be this weekend, not just among the rich and the beautiful but also among the ski stars.

Those sighted at the Cote d'Azur include three-time Olympic medalist Aksel Lund Svindal (NOR), Marco Büchel (LIE), who retired in March and World Cup globe winners Didier Cuche (SUI) and Ted Ligety (USA), not to mention one of the world's best freestyle skiers Jon Olsson and brother Hans of Sweden.

Even Italy's Peter Fill was in Monaco and participated in a benefit match for Amade, an NGO that helps young people in the Third World. Fill played football alongside Prince Albert of Monaco and Formula 1 ace, Alonso, Vettel and Rosberg, both of whom raced Sunday in the Monaco Grand Prix, one if not the most exciting race of the season.
