The Norwegian ladies team is traveling to train in the indoor ski hall of Wittenburg near Hamburg as of Monday, 27th July. With that their focus will be training slalom during the last week of July. The run time is about 20 sec so that will mean many runs up and down for the athletes.

Those at the camp in Germany this week are Anne Cecilie Brusello, Lotte Smiseth Seijersted along with Lene- and Nina Løseth.

"We would have liked to stay in Norway but Juvass is closed for the year. The advantage of indoor ski training in Germany is that we know what to expect. There will be the chance for many training runs with a short running time. We can also have two training units a day," says the head of the World Cup team, Jørgen Nordlund. The ski resort Galdhøpiggen/Juvass is on Scandinavia's highest mountain at 2469 metres (8,098 feet).
