Starting this winter a new organizing committee has been set for the Audi FIS Alpine Ski World Cup downhill event in Bormio.
The new president of the OC is Valentino Galli, president of SIB, Bormio's lift company, backed up by Pier Dei Cas, president of Bormio Servizi, the operational arm of the organization.
The new management group, presented in Sondrio in mid-December, will actively involve many parts of the economical and social players of Bormio and its vicinity with all the main associations involved.
The race management will not change for this winter. as Massimo Rinaldi is confirmed as Chief of Competition, with Tino Pietrogiovanna Chief of Course.
