Zell am See. After gold, silver and bronze at the Olympic Games in Vancouver Bode Miller won two gold medals at the 'Ski & Golf World Championships' in Zell am See Kaprun this past weekend: The American won in the Pro-category in front of the Swiss defender Geri Berchtold and the Italian Kuno Profanter.
In the Ski & Golf World Championships in Zell am See-and Kaprun, participants have to compete in two different events. They first have to fiinish a giant slalom at the Kitzsteinhorn and then play two rounds of golf at the golf course in Zell am See-Kaprun.
Only those who do well in both disciplines stand a chance to win the Ski & Golf World Championships.
In recent years, many sports celebrities such as Kalle Palander, Bode Miller, Thomas Sykora, Bjoern Einar Romoeren, Reinfried Herbst and Werner Franz participated at the event.
