For the first time in the preparation phase, all three men's training groups of the Austrian Ski Federation met for a common training camp in St. Pölten. From 27 June to 2 July strenuous circuit trainings, cycling tours and numerous training sessions on the ice are planned in the sports world of Lower Austria.

Alpine coach men Alpine, Mathias Berthold: "We find optimal conditions in the sports world of Lower Austria. The guys are very focused at work and especially in ice hockey they also have fun. "

This is also confirmed by Marcel Hirscher: "This team sport appeals to me. Especially the constant battle of man against man is actually very stressful. You can feel always every muscle after the work-out," said the 21-year-old from Salzburg.
