The 33 year-old French skier Pierre Emmanuel Dalcin, who seriously injured both knees and shoulders in a downhill training in Beaver Creek on 5 December 2009 and who had been operated on one of the knees again because of an infection January 15, will have to have another surgery on the left shoulder on August 30 by Dr. Nové-Josserand at Lyon.
"I saw him there a few weeks ago. My shoulder is too unstable and there are two tendons to suture, so I'm forced to have it redone"says the skier from Val Cenis, last tricolor winner of a World Cup downhill in Val d'Isere France in January 2007, who is still struggling with knee pain that prevents him to plan too much into the future.
