Anja Pärson, who retired earlier this year after a highly successful career, will now become an expert commentator and studio expert at SVT's winter studio.
"We are super happy to have been able to attract one of Sweden's foremost winter athletes to SVT and our Winter Studio. She knows the ins and outs of all events and will be a strong support for an already very strong team," said SVT Chief of Sport Per Yng.
Anja Pärson will make her debut as expert with the slalom opening at Levi (FIN) on 10th-11th November.
She will also be in the studio in Stockholm on 8th-9th December, in Åre on 19th-20th December and in Adelboden on 12th-13th January. Pernilla Wiberg, Stig Strand and Fredrik Nyberg are SVT's other alpine experts in the coming season.
