French ladies go caving
The French tech ladies Sandrine Aubert, Taina Barioz, Anne-Sophie Barthet, Marion Bertrand,Olivia Gallay, Laurie Mougel and Tessa Worley, just missing Anemone Marmottan and Nastasia Noens, spent last week on a conditioning camp in the Cévennes and Ardèche. The program include a lot of road cycling, canoeing, hiking and caving. The caving sessions featured up to 150 m of rappel, various tunnels and magnificent views of the caves. Of course, in true French manner, a wine testing session too was included!
For the rest of the month the plan of the French tech ladies foresees two times a day training, with strength work-outs and cycling. The return to snow is planned indoors in Wittenburg at the end of June.
